By purchasing the Puppy Foundation Course, you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions outlined here. Please ensure you have read and understood all points below.
You have 14 days from the date of booking to cancel and receive a full refund, provided the class has not started. After this period, it is non-refundable.
If you miss two consecutive classes without informing us, we'll assume you're no longer committed to the training. We may fill your spot on the course, and no refunds will be given.
All dogs must stay on a lead and away from other dogs unless instructed otherwise.
You must report any accidents or injuries to humans or dogs to a trainer immediately.
Activities involving dogs, children, and adults carries some risk. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Dear Dogs from liability for any personal injuries or property damage that may occur during the training. Additionally, please ensure that any companions who attend with you understand that they are participating at their own risk.
Dear Dogs is not liable for any vehicle damage or theft of vehicles left in the car park on the premises or elsewhere.
If you bring a child to the class, it is your sole responsibility to make sure the child stays with you (on a chair) for the full session.
Dear Dogs is not liable, if you or your child approaches and gets bitten by another dog.
If you or your child are very disruptive, you/they may be asked to leave the class and will not be refunded.
By booking, you agree that your dog hasn’t shown any aggression or bitten humans or dogs.
By booking, you confirm that your dog is also the appropriate age for this class, which is 6 months of age and under. (Note, if your dog does not meet this criteria, Dear Dogs offers 121 sessions. Please browse the website or contact us to inquire.)
If your dog shows any signs of aggression or bites humans or dogs, they are not suitable for this course and will be removed without a refund.
Dear Dogs has no control of photos being taken by other attendees during classes, or those uploaded by the group.
Please make it explicitly clear to the trainer and the class if you do not wish to be in photos.
Dear Dogs may also post photos from classes on social media platforms. Please inform the trainer if you wish to be excluded.
